Recently (monday the 7th) my son Fox was born.
He was born with a kidney in his hip and cysts in his lungs.
Right now he is in the hospital for the second time since birth being treated for jaundice (bilirubin).
For those of you who don't know, "Hyperbilirubinemia, more precisely hyperbilirubinemia due to the unconjugated fraction, may cause bilirubin to accumulate in the gray matter of the central nervous system, potentially causing irreversible neurological damage leading to a condition known askernicterus. Depending on the level of exposure, the effects range from clinically unnoticeable to severe brain damage and even death. Newborns are especially vulnerable to hyperbilirubinemia-induced neurological damage and therefore must be carefully monitored for alterations in their serum bilirubin levels".

We are slowly eating through our savings and bill money due to the cost of travel back and forth to the hospital, meals on the road, and babysitters for our other boys.

Stranger/Neighbor Call CPS On Child Who Won't Do What They Say

Grrr.  Here's some of the points:

• Fenced off contained park...
  
• Within eyesight of the front door of his home....
• Child refuses to listen to "strangers" instead of his own mother...
• Strangers call CPS instead of talking to the mother...
• Mother could get 30 days due to "negligence".

The next time a "stranger/neighbor" talks to my kids, I'm starting to think I should call the cops and falsely charge them with child endangerment and accuse them of trying to abduct my child, instead of talking directly to them and solving the issue like a normal, rational person.
In fact, I think maybe that's what parents need to start doing in this situation; counter charging these busy-bodies with massive lawsuits regarding child endangerment (by having their primary caretaker taken away), filing false police reports, and then having them labelled as a danger to children with an injunction stating they must stay away from all parks, schools, and areas where children congregate.

I'm starting to think I should teach my kids to scream "rape" if an adult approaches them that is not the parent of one of their friends.

People, if you see a child "by themselves", and you really are concerned, then just keep an eye out for them, and if an adult approaches them and you're not sure if it is the parent TALK TO THE FUCKING PERSON, YOU IDIOT!  If you know the parent TALK TO THE PARENT!
What we DO NOT need as a society is for the normalization of turning in our neighbors like some kind of snitch rat bastard busybody.  The Hitler Youth League was a bad idea, there's no need to keep emulating them.
